Bio

After working in PR and publishing in London and the Benelux countries, I was trained as a broadcaster at the BBC. I then worked extensively in both live and recorded broadcast for major national and international radio & television stations voicing projects to all corners of the world.

My credits: The BBC World Service News, BBC Radio 4, Continuity,  Woman’s Hour, Outlook and the Shipping Forecast, Radio 3 features contribution, ITV Continuity Announcer, Sky TV, Euronews, The British Forces Broadcasting Network - easy listening radio presenter and TV Continuity, South Africa’s Cape talk and Jo Berg’s Talk radio.

Voice and film acting

and BBC World Service educational productions. Foreign film dubbing.

Fiona’s voice

I can be conversational, comedic, authoritative, reassuring and warm and the flexibility of my voice and acting experience allows me to express a vast range of emotions.

My natural speaking voice is clear RP – I suppose that’s why I was selected to be the voice for Rosetta Stone’s English language software. International audiences easily understand my voice …. and your message!
